Geraldine is jointly responsible for the Corporate Services Division within Abacus, which includes the Abacus Employee Benefits Group and the Abacus Fund Administration Group. With her colleague Andy Turner, she established the Employee Benefits Division in 1996 and has been instrumental in developing the firm's business in stock and employee benefit plan administration and trusteeship. In 2001, Geraldine and Andy established Abacus offices in Edinburgh and London to administer global and country specific stock plans, SIPs and other UK approved plans and employee benefit plans where an offshore presence is not required. Geraldine is also a director of Abacus Financial Services Group Limited.
Geraldine qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1986 and joined Abacus in 1993.
She enjoys reading, travel and cinema.
