David is responsible for the operations of the Edinburgh office of the Abacus Group. He is experienced in all issues arising from the administration of all types of stock and share plans, including global stock purchase plans, UK Inland Revenue approved share plans and stock options plans. Administration of onshore stock and share plans is the focus of the Edinburgh office. In the past year, David has successfully led the implementation of two global stock plans, targeting over 150,000 people in over 80 countries.

After qualifying as an accountant with Ernst & Young 10 years ago, David moved to Coopers & Lybrand. He joined Abacus to help develop the firm's employee benefits services. Prior to moving to Edinburgh, David spent three years with Abacus in Jersey.
