Keith has extensive experience of share plans, employee share trusts and related technology. He also has responsibility for the ongoing development of our ESOP (employee share ownership plans) database and the web facility which provides online access to share plan records for participants and corporate contacts.

Keith qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. He has eight years experience in offshore trust and company administration specialising in international stock and share plans and other employee benefit arrangements.

Keith enjoys playing golf, cycling and flying.
