Mark is responsible for the administration of local and global stock plans for a portfolio of client companies, often in conjunction with the operation of an employee benefit trust. His clients range from small private companies with only a handful of participants, to large listed multi-nationals with many thousands of plan participants. Mark also assists in new business development for the Jersey and Edinburgh offices and has spoken at a number of industry conferences.

A Chartered Secretary and Administrator since 1998, Mark joined Abacus in 1994, first working in the Private Client Division, before moving to the Corporate Services Division at its inception in 1996.

Mark enjoys squash, golf, scuba diving and travel.
